During my stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located, just a short walk to the esplanade and various attractions. My room was clean, but there were a few maintenance issues that detracted from the experience. The service was a mixed bag; some staff members were helpful while others seemed rushed. Dining options were decent, though not particularly memorable for the price. Overall, while I enjoyed some aspects of my stay, there are areas for improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Cairns Oasis! The family suite was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the pool area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Marina. However, we found the Christmas dinner a bit overpriced for what we received, and the crackers at the table were quite disappointing. Overall, great hotel, good amenities, but a few areas could use improvement.
